研究领域和主要学术成就

一直从事超分子有机化学研究工作,探索化学与生物学交叉学科的一些基本问题。研究方向包括自组装螺旋折叠体和生物荧光探针。主要成果:(1)与合作者利用模块设计和动态组装方法构筑了基于螺旋的准轮烷,突破了合成传统轮烷时所需要的关环反应或封端反应的制约,在此准轮烷的基础上发展了螺旋分子运动可调控的螺旋-线型分子主客体分子机器(Science, 2011, 331, 1172);(2)以设计新型螺旋折叠基元为切入点,发展了一系列具有结构和功能特色的芳香族折叠体系。发现芳香族酰胺低聚物利用氢键等组装形成单螺旋、双螺旋和四重螺旋等多种形式的螺旋聚集体结构;(3)发现三唑低聚物在氯离子协同下组装成为螺旋折叠体,并通过光开关实现氯离子的控制释放;(4)针对复杂的生理环境对探针分子的严重干扰等科学问题,设计了一系列基于喹啉的荧光染料,并发展一系列具有高选择性和生物相容性的锌和镉等离子比率计量荧光探针,实现了细胞原位检测和成像,特别是亚细胞器的定位成像。
