研究兴趣：靶向天然免疫的探针研发和新药研发。

利用化学生物学、有机合成、药物化学及其多学科的交叉优势，综合运用基于结构的理性设计和高通量筛选技术，发展了独特的针对膜蛋白－蛋白、蛋白－核酸、蛋白－磷脂相互作用等非传统靶点的化学小分子探针技术；基于结构的药物设计及膜蛋白模拟计算，建立了天然免疫受体的筛选和检测平台；利用靶向不同天然免疫信号通路蛋白（TLR、cGAS-STING等）相互作用的小分子探针，对相关细胞生物学、信号转导等前沿科学问题进行了系统性研究；研究细胞外囊泡在细胞间通讯中作用机制，揭示其载药机制。
