研究兴趣:靶向天然免疫的探针研发和新药研发。

利用化学生物学、有机合成、药物化学及其多学科的交叉优势,综合运用基于结构的理性设计和高通量筛选技术,发展了独特的针对膜蛋白-蛋白、蛋白-核酸、蛋白-磷脂相互作用等非传统靶点的化学小分子探针技术;基于结构的药物设计及膜蛋白模拟计算,建立了天然免疫受体的筛选和检测平台;利用靶向不同天然免疫信号通路蛋白(TLRcGAS-STING等)相互作用的小分子探针,对相关细胞生物学、信号转导等前沿科学问题进行了系统性研究;研究细胞外囊泡在细胞间通讯中作用机制,揭示其载药机制。
